Lima works almost exclusively in mining and heavy industrial. Shutdowns, mining construction, plant maintenance, structural builds around live infrastructure. Our focus is deliberately narrow. Our people, systems, and the way we operate are all built around this kind of large scale work.

Ring lock (FlexLock)

Our most-used system for heavy industrial and mining construction. Fast to erect and dismantle, with a modular geometry that adapts to complex layouts and tight access. FlexLock suits long-running shutdowns, structural builds around plant and tanks, and any project where speed of mobilisation matters. Used on the BHP Newman water treatment plant tank scaffolds.

One team, tender to demob.

Lima delivers every project end to end. That means tendering and estimating, scaffold design and engineering certification, materials supply and site mobilisation, installation and ongoing inspections, and full dismantle and demob. All managed by one team.

For clients, it means one accountable point of contact from first quote to final invoice. No coordination overhead between separate design, labour, and equipment subcontractors. No gaps where responsibility shifts between providers. The same Lima team that scoped the project sees it through to handover.

Shutdowns: planned, mobilised, delivered.

Shutdown scaffolding is its own discipline. It's high-tempo work, with constrained access and zero tolerance for program slip. Lima's shutdown methodology is built around three principles: plan early, mobilise fast, and stay ahead of the build front.

Pre-shutdown, our team uses site scanning and digital scaffold planning to model access requirements, identify clashes, and finalise material lists before mobilisation. Modular components are pre-assembled at our Perth yard wherever possible, with just-in-time delivery to keep site congestion low.

On site, multi-skilled crews and prep teams reduce handovers and maintain momentum across shifts. Live tracking of scaffold builds, inspections, and dismantles keeps the project visible to client planners – and keeps over-building, idle structures, and rework to a minimum.

Proven on WA's most demanding sites.

From perimeter access on aging infrastructure to greenfield mine construction, these are the kinds of projects Lima is built around.
