Twenty years in scaffolding, from the tools up. Shane founded Lima after seeing too many crews show up with gear that wasn't maintained and attitudes that didn't belong on a mine site. He built Lima around a simple standard: well-maintained equipment, properly trained crews, and a culture that lifts a project rather than drags it down. He leads that standard personally – on site, in every hiring decision, and in how Lima presents to clients.

Commerce degree from UWA and a career spent in WA's heavy industry sector – including roles at Scope Access, Mader Group, and Bossong Engineering. Hwang brings the commercial discipline that keeps Lima financially sound while growing strategically. He manages client relationships, contract negotiations, and the commercial decisions that allow Lima to stay selective about the work it takes on.

Responsible for safety systems, compliance, and culture across every Lima project. Ensures crews are properly inducted, risks are managed before mobilisation, and Lima's zero-incident record stays intact.
The link between the office and the field. Jason manages crew scheduling, site logistics, and resource allocation – making sure the right people and the right gear arrive where they're needed, when they're needed.
Caylen Matene
Leads crews on site. Caylen is responsible for build quality, safety compliance, and making sure Lima's standards are upheld every day on the deck.
Patrick Lima
Handles scaffold design, engineering drawings, and project estimation. Delivers compliant, buildable solutions on tight turnarounds – including the 24-hour design cycles required on fast-moving mining construction projects.
Bruno Lima
Manages the movement of personnel across Lima's projects. Coordinates travel, accommodation, rosters, and mobilisation – critical on remote sites where getting the right crew to site on time is half the battle.
Nayara Lima
Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and people management. Ensures Lima attracts the right tradespeople and maintains the culture the business was built on.
